Aaron Mace has 15 years experience in the convenience store industry, roughly half of that time spent in operations and the latter half in merchandising. Aaron has worked for 7-Eleven, Sunoco APlus, Mid Atlantic Convenience Stores, before joining The Wills Group / Dash In where he’s worked the last 6.5 years. Over the last 2-3 years, Aaron has managed all categories for Dash In, except food service and dispensed beverage. In Spring 2019 Aaron will transition from category management to a Customer Experience & Innovation role focused on enhancing the existing retail shopping experience and the next generation Dash In stores.
