Anjuli started her career at 7-Eleven as a Field Consultant, supporting Franchise and Corporate stores in the North Atlantic region. She transitioned to a Regional Fresh Food Merchandiser position in the same zone where she focused on improving and growing total fresh food sales through national and regional assortment optimization. She continued her merchandising career by accepting the Sr. Category Manager in 2019 and continues to drive key initiates on a national level. Anjuli’s primary role is to develop customer centric hot food platforms through core quality improvements, proprietary developed items, promotional and pricing strategies, and working in conjunction with cross-functional support teams and operations partners.
Anjuli holds a B.S. in Marketing Management and M.B.A in Project Management.
