As the category manager for Yesway and Allsup's Convenience Stores, DeeDon oversees our total universe of the beer, wine and liquor categories, which includes pricing, promotions, planograms, and final selections of product assortment. He has continued to accelerate these categories, with 10 years of total category growth in sales and profit. He also shares a joint responsibility with legal, compliance, and real estate across the company. DeeDon serves as a liaison between distributors and our operational field teams to maximize profitable sales and efficiencies.
