I’ve been with TravelCenters of America since 2007. I originally started as a 17 year old, part-time cashier, while still in High School.
I was able to work my way through various positions and would eventually end up managing multiple locations for TA over a number of years.
I later moved on to work within TA’s Loss Prevention Department, which operated out of our Cleveland corporate office. From there I transitioned to my current role as an Operations Category Manager for our Retail Services department around two years ago.
Throughout my career with TA I’ve leaned heavily on my field experience and ability to understand our business from a ground-up perspective. I believe learning and understanding as much as possible about your business, its operations, and its people - is crucial to successfully managing any program.
