Kelley Gutierrez

As a Senior Category Manager for MAPCO, Kelley Gutierrez manages the snacks and candy categories. Looking to grow her analytical experience, she joined Mapco in early 2017 as an analyst within the Business Intelligence team. She eventually made her way back into merchandising later that year, managing general merchandise and candy. In late 2018, she was named snacks category manager and now oversees all of snacks and candy for all Mapco locations. In 2021 Kelley was promoted to Senior Category Manager with an emphasis on leadership amongst the team, providing direct mentorship within the merchandising team. Directly prior to working for Mapco, Kelley worked at Dollar General as a merchant within the non-consumables segment. Her current position at Mapco, combined with 20 years in the retail industry working in stores, in product development, analytics, and as a category manager has allowed her a 360 view of the retail world. Kelley resides in Franklin, Tennessee and is the mother of one very energetic son.
