Lisa Lem is the Category Manager of Foodservice & Dispensed Beverages for Tri Star Energy, dba Twice Daily Convenience Stores & White Bison Coffee. She is responsible for the development and implementation for all elements of the food operations, open air cases and dispensed beverages program. She leads the sales, merchandising and product development plans for Foodservice and Dispensed Beverages striving for both short-term gains and long-term profitable growth for the Company.
In addition to 14 years in foodservice management Lisa holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Hospitality Management & Dietetics from Western Kentucky University.
