Michael Varallo, MBA, is an Assortment Manager for Wawa accountable for the Wawa Branded Tea, Drink and Dairy category, Ice Cream and the Alcohol portfolio. Mike began his career in the accounting industry working for KPMG and Citibank prior to making his way to Wawa working in their Labor and Efficiency team. Mike has spent the last several years working in Wawa’s Marketing department managing an array of categories. Mike embraces the cultural values and servant leadership model within the Wawa organization. He strives to fulfill the lives of his Wawa customers while also promoting category growth and organizational success. Mike values the importance of relationships both internally and externally and takes a collaborative approach in an effort to create winning solutions for everyone.
Mike enjoys coaching and attending sporting events for his sons, Sebastian age 14 and Maverick age 11. He also enjoys time with his wife (Stacey) and their boys at the Jersey shore in Sea Isle City.
