Rick is currently JTI USA’s State Government Affairs manager, responsible for regulatory activity in all 50 states, as well at local and federal levels. Prior to coming to JTI, Rick worked as a staffer for a number of New Jersey state legislators before moving on to work in the office of the New Jersey Governor as a research analyst in the communications department and eventually as the Director of Research. Rick graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a degree in political science.
