Victoria Sheppard is the Category Manager of Tobacco and CBD for Love’s Travel Stops. She has been with the company for over 17 years, 10 of them have been within the Tobacco categories. She started her career with Love’s as a sandwich artist at Subway. Victoria made her way through every travel stop position before eventually becoming general manager of a Love’s. She then took a position at the company’s corporate office working in the Pricebook Department. Eventually she was offered a position in Merchandising, where she found her niche in the tobacco area.
Victoria was the first Category Manger Support for Tobacco and helped develop the role into what it is today. She was promoted to Junior Category Manager in 2018, before being promoted to Category Manager in 2021. Some of her accomplishments include consistently meeting financial goals, graduating from Love’s Leadership University, successfully implementing company digital boards and developing substantial operational efficiencies that impact engagement
