Megan Cardine is Vice President of Retail Operations at Top Star Express, a small family owned and operated chain in Eastern Pa. Megan is a second-generation family member. Her father, Joe Stark, founded the company in 1990 and is still actively involved. Megan’s primary focus is ensuring Convenience Done Right is delivered every day in their stores. From New Hire Training, Food Service, Plan-o-grams, to Marketing and Customer Service …Megan is extremely hands on in every aspect of the business.
Inspired by her parents, Megan is also passionately involved in local charities and community events. She believes in being a strong partner in the communities Top Star Express operates in.
In 2016, Megan began a new adventure with her husband and purchased a daycare in the Lehigh Valley. Megan currently oversees all aspects of Bright Creations Learning Center and splits her time between the two businesses.
Prior to joining Top Star Express, Megan worked for Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Shire Pharmaceuticals. She graduated from Boston University’s School of Management in 2003 and still has a special place in her heart for the city of Boston. Except for football, where she is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan! Megan lives in the Lehigh Valley with her husband Dominic and their four children.
