Shianna Peace leads the Loyalty Program and Team at Sheetz. She has a passion for understanding our customer needs and creating personalized experiences. Under her leadership, the loyalty program, My Sheetz Rewardz, has shown tremendous growth in our customers’ frequency, spend, and engagement. She has created strong partnerships with our supplier community to drive value to our customers and to the business.
Shianna has proven success in her 5 years at Sheetz. With her vision, the company was able to evolve the customer satisfaction program into a robust Voice of Customer program. This deep understanding of the customer led her to her current role of Loyalty Manager. With just over a year in this role, she has transformed the program to be truly customer centric.
Prior to her time at Sheetz, Shianna worked in Operations and Resource management for both Defense Manufacturing and Engineering firms.
Shianna holds an associate degree in Communications, BS/BA in Finance and a MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. She’s also PMP Certified and a Veteran of the United Stated Air Force, proudly serving 6 years active duty.
Shianna resides in central Pennsylvania with her husband Lou, son Lucas, and their dog Dutchess.
