Kim Cuellar, PhD

Dr. Kim Cuellar currently serves as the Director of Trade Marketing at BeatBox Beverages where she leads initiatives in chain marketing, retail media, digital marketing and e-commerce, external communications, and primary consumer research. She received her Ph.D. in Hospitality, MBA, and Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University. Prior to BeatBox Beverages she has held multiple marketing and category roles at Sonic Drive-In Corp, OnCue, and Love's Travel Stops; and has been a professor at Virginia Tech University, Texas Tech University, Oklahoma State University. She also currently serves as faculty at Northeastern State University. She has multiple beverage certifications through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, Society for Wine Educators, and the Cicerone program and is also a Certified Hospitality Educator. She has won numerous awards, including being named the CStoreDecisions Category Management Leader in 2021 and Rising Star in Top Women in Convenience in 2020.
