Kyle Gustafson is Vice President of eCommerce with McLane Company, one of the largest distributors in the U.S., serving convenience stores, mass merchants, and chain restaurants. As an industry-leading partner to the biggest retail and restaurant businesses, McLane buys, sells, delivers, and serves the world’s most beloved brands.
Kyle joined McLane in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of experience across consumer and B2B organizations leading global business transformation, eCommerce acceleration, and operational scaling. As leader of McLane’s eCommerce team, he brings a customer-centric approach, ensuring the eCommerce strategy aligns with the evolving needs and expectations of customers to deliver digital innovation, expand existing capabilities, and identifying new opportunities for McLane’s diverse customer portfolio. Prior to McLane, Kyle held leadership positions with Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, BJN Partners and Simpactful. Kyle has a BS in civil engineering from Colorado State University, and MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
