Noah Sanders

Noah Sanders, Director of Retail Technology, began his career at High’s in 2017. Noah’s major focus at High’s has been to bring the chain up-to-speed on retail technology while at the same time creating efficiencies at many levels of site operations. One Noah’s major accomplishments at High’s have been a complete ground-up rebuild of High’s loyalty platform which bolsters one of the most robust ways for customers to earn and redeem rewards. The platform has proven to be a way for High’s and, our CPG partners, to connect and market directly to consumers and truly make shopping at High’s a truly Rewarding experience. In addition to the loyalty program, Noah has implemented self-checkouts, integrated scan-and-go and order ahead into the High’s Rewards App, and taken on site IoT devices to best streamline and utilize software solutions to be efficient in site operations and implemented front of house real time, multi-source data analysis tools for decision making at all levels in the organization. Prior to High’s, Noah literally grew up in the convenience store industry, as his family owned convenience stores at one time. Noah worked his way through high school and college in various store level roles. Noah received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary Washington. Since then, Noah has spent over 20 years working for some leading convenience store companies in a variety of roles from District Manager, Category Manager and Director of Food Service/Perishable before taking up his current roll at High’s.
